Lucky I didn't have a pumpkin emergency today because there were none to be found anywhere in my area. I checked with six fruit and vegetable shops. None. I also learnt the word for pumpkin. Potiron. Although "big round orange vegetable for soup" also works. Yes, lucky it wasn't an emergency.
